How We Work

In person consultation

Ideally we’ll meet at the property, or site, if it’s not been built, yet. We’ll give you plenty of initial ideas and suggestions and take detailed client brief, who the target market is, etc.

Onboarding

We begin with a detailed site survey and then begin space planning and conceptual design. We’ll consider your local area and competition and the target guests and factor this in to our design process.

Detailed Design and Presentation

We’ll provide 2D and 3D space plans and visuals, sample boards and an itemised product and finishes scheme for each room. We’ll also provide costings and proposed schedule of works. We’ll also agree an inventory for the property, as well as housekeeping supplies and spares, so that you’re ready to go on the market as soon as possible.

Project Implementation

We take care of the ordering, managing the trades, receiving and checking goods in.

Installation and styling

Once the trades have finished and the property has been professionally cleaned, we have all the items delivered and installed, from teaspoons to sofas, make the beds, fill all the kitchen drawers and cupboards, fluff the cushions, hang art work, mirrors etc and handover to you for the Big Reveal.

Pro Photoshoot

We’ll work with our trusted photographers to create a suite of images to market your property for success.
